HOW WE WORK
(A simple 10 point guide to success)
A Vinyans representative (or a counselor) will contact you for your first and following meetings.
The counselor will use phone calls and popular messaging applications for basic interaction.
The counselor will use email and Skype / Zoom/ Google Meet sessions for video/screen-share calls for the application processes.
With a referral, you may be able to schedule a meet directly.
The first counseling session will include discussion on:
Your current academic status
Your educational interests
Your locations of interest
Your future plans
Your budget and financial concerns, if any
In the second counseling session, you will connect to a lead Vinyans counselor to receive information on:
The education system in your countries of interest.
Preliminary information is needed as an international student.
Information about colleges/universities based on your field of interest.
Information about the visa process.
Information about Vinayan and its services.
Help you decide the needed standardized tests like SAT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS, auditions, etc, and monitor your preparation with regular diagnostic tests.
If needed, you will be offered a partner coaching/tutoring support for standardized tests.
Afte or parallel to tests, documentation, and application submission take around one to three months. It will require a few weekly meetings and responses from you and sometimes from your guardian/parent/sponsor.
After your admission acceptance, Vinayan will provide assistance in financial planning and related applications.

Managing the expenses
Scholarship applications (both internal and external)
Financial Aid applications (both internal and external)
Student Loans (both local and international)
You will also be assisted with the student visa, housing, and travel, for which Vinyans may use a partner organization.
Throughout the process, you will receive complete assistance in all steps by several counselors.
Vinyans will provide you professional mentorship to enable you for any circumstance and future vision.
